    Required when arena lighting is needed for events inside the arena or grandstands.

    RV Electrical Hookups

    46 electric hookups available:

    • 50-amp

    • 30-amp

    • 20-amp

    Each pedestal serves two trailers.

    Food Truck Access

    $50 per food truck

    Applies even if the truck uses its own generator.

    Tractor Use

    $150

    Includes fuel and black widow groomer.
    Operator must be approved by the facility manager.

    Stalls / Horse Pens

    $10 per horse per day

    Includes:

    • 73 uncovered stalls

    • 17 stock pens

    • 4 alleyways

    • Water access

    Additional Arena Panels

    $10 per panel

    Applies to panels not part of the facility’s standard setup.

    Event Setup & Teardown

    Additional labor may be required depending on event configuration.

What You Should Know


Event Booking & Payment Policy

A booking deposit is required to secure event dates.

  • Deposit must be received within 30 days of booking

  • Deposit is applied toward the total rental cost

  • A signed rental agreement must be returned with the deposit

  • The remaining balance is due the day of the event, prior to start time
