What You Should Know
Event Booking & Payment Policy
A booking deposit is required to secure event dates.
Deposit must be received within 30 days of booking
Deposit is applied toward the total rental cost
A signed rental agreement must be returned with the deposit
The remaining balance is due the day of the event, prior to start time
Coordination with Fairgrounds staff prior to your event
